• Calf must be dehorned by 14 days from birth. • Temperature at the dehorning tip - due to the extremely high temperature of 700ºC at the cauterising ring, dehorning becomes a matter of only a few seconds. • The unit heats up only when pressed against the horn bud. • Preheating time - the Buddex heats up to 700ºC within 4 seconds. • No removal of horn bud necessary. • The fully charged battery is enough to dehorn 15 calves - incl. 230V mains adapter and 12V cigarette lighter adapter.
